As I wrote previously, I have been thinking between few options on what kind of diet, or should I say lifestyle-change, will I adopt. I was rather sure that I will go for the slow carb diet as the promises or results of that diet seemed very convincing. And I am sure that it works, at least on some level. But after reading peoples experiences about it from forums I am not so sure anymore.
It seems that many did not have that much success with the slow carb diet. The ones who did were really obese so basically anything would have helped them. Instead, it seems that the paleo diet is the way to go. Reading these paleo diet success stories as well as the posts in the above forum convinced me that paleo is a cool choice.
I am excited and a bit worried at the same time. I am certain that I would lose weight with a strict paleo diet. But I kinda like my pasta.
So the decision is between which I want more: Be thin and look awesome or eat the pasta. I think I will choose the first option. What do I have to lose (besides weight) if I try paleo for some weeks? Nothing.
Paleo it is.
